i'm awake, but exhausted.
i'm feeling okay today, today was okay.

if i just continue to keep busy it's all alright. i can't always keep busy though, i'm so tired so it all catches up. my doctors appointment went alright. i didn't ask for an upgrade on my medicine, i've found a new way. i'm tired, really. sleep sounds like a nice plan.
